Terms, delivery, refunds, privacy, and security

Effective July 31, 2026. Last updated July 31, 2026.

Catalogenza is a registered DBA of Flore Intelligence LLC, a Virginia limited liability company based in Fairfax, Virginia, United States. These website policies explain the pilot service and do not replace separately accepted order terms.

Service and eligibility

Catalogenza provides a fixed-scope ONIX metadata repair service for qualified business customers. The pilot price is $695 USD for up to 10 supported product records.

Catalogenza may reject an order before work begins when the customer, source files, requested work, facts, recipient profile, security risk, or required access falls outside the published scope. Catalogenza does not accept recipient account credentials and does not submit files on a customer's behalf.

Customer responsibilities

  • Have authority to provide and direct processing of all submitted files and facts.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful metadata and exact rejection evidence.
  • Make all rights, territory, price, tax, accessibility, and commercial determinations.
  • Review the delivered output and submit it through the customer's own authorized account.
  • Do not send passwords, tokens, payment-card data, manuscripts, or unrelated personal information.

Digital delivery policy

Delivery is digital only. There are no shipping charges or physical goods. The target turnaround is five business days after Catalogenza confirms that payment, scope, authority, source files, rejection evidence, and required customer facts are complete and accepted.

Delivery timing may pause when customer information is missing, an input is unsafe or unsupported, or a material ambiguity requires customer resolution.

Cancellation, correction, and refund policy

  • Before work begins: the customer may cancel for a full refund.
  • Unsupported accepted input: if Catalogenza determines before substantive work that accepted input cannot produce the defined deliverable, Catalogenza will refund the order.
  • Catalogenza-caused defect: one correction within the defined scope is included.
  • Failure to deliver: if Catalogenza cannot deliver the defined repair package from accepted conforming inputs because of its own failure, Catalogenza will provide a full refund.
  • Excluded outcomes: recipient rejection does not by itself create a refund right when caused by undisclosed recipient rules, missing or inaccurate customer facts, customer changes, excluded work, or third-party conduct outside Catalogenza's control.

Refund requests must be sent to billing@catalogenza.com with the order reference.

Validation and result boundaries

Catalogenza may report schema-validation results and the disposition of errors supplied with an accepted order. Catalogenza does not guarantee retailer, distributor, or recipient acceptance, sales, discoverability, legal compliance, rights sufficiency, or any result controlled by the customer or a third party.

Catalogenza does not provide legal, accounting, tax, rights, accessibility, regulatory, or publishing-strategy advice.

Privacy policy

Information collected

Catalogenza may collect business contact information, qualification answers, order and payment references, customer communications, authorized ONIX files, rejection evidence, delivery records, and support or refund information.

Use

Information is used only to qualify, contract, bill, deliver, support, secure, document, and improve the requested service; prevent fraud and misuse; meet legal obligations; and resolve disputes.

Service providers

Catalogenza may use business email, hosting, hosted payment, secure file-transfer, accounting, and security providers. Each receives only information reasonably necessary for its role. Full payment-card details are handled by the hosted payment provider and are not stored by Catalogenza.

Sale, advertising, and cookies

Catalogenza does not sell customer information. This launch website uses no behavioral advertising and no nonessential tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

Customer source and delivered file copies are scheduled for deletion 30 days after customer acceptance unless a shorter period is agreed or a documented legal, dispute, security, or remedy hold applies. Catalogenza may retain minimal business, payment, tax, contract, security, and non-content evidence for applicable periods.

Requests

Privacy and deletion requests may be sent to support@catalogenza.com. Catalogenza may verify the requester's authority before acting.

Security practices

  • Customer files are transferred through designated secure links, not ordinary email attachments.
  • Catalogenza does not request recipient passwords, session cookies, API tokens, or unrestricted account access.
  • XML containing DTD or entity declarations is rejected.
  • Access is limited to the active service purpose and customer.
  • Payment-card processing is hosted by the selected payment provider.
  • Catalogenza may suspend processing to investigate a security, authorization, or integrity concern.
